Appointments & Cancellations

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Satisfaction & Adjustments

• If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll happily discuss a solution with you.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers can only be used on full-priced services and are non-refundable.

• Vouchers may be transferred to another person but must be used before the expiry date.
